Where are the products made?
Our mugs and beakers are handmade by a family-run Vietnamese partner with more than 30 years experience, excellent working conditions and ethical production standards.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will arrive by courier or Royal Mail. You will be kept informed of your orders delivery times when you share you contact details at checkout.
Can I upgrade my order for faster delivery?
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to make any amends to your order. This includes upgrading your delivery method. We will ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. Next business day delivery is available at the checkout for all standard delivery items – we recommend using this service if you require your order urgently but please note this only applies to orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 1pm.
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed on our system, it is automatically sent over to our warehouse who begin the process of picking and packing your order. This means, once you have placed your order, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. If you do change your mind after checking out please simply return any unwanted items to us using the returns form included in your delivery, and we’ll process your return.
