We mainly work with Royal Mail (Parcel Force) and the courier DPD. We will occasionally use other couriers.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please return to us within 28 days of receipt.
Please click HERE and complete the form and it will generate a returns shipping label. If your order is faulty or damaged please see below.
- Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached
- With the exception of faulty goods Kindred Mugs is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
- Please allow up to 8-10 working days for us to receive your return and complete your refund.
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt.
Faulty Or Damaged Items
PLEASE EMAIL hello@kindredmugs.com if you have a FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
In the event of an item arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt by email (hello@kindredmugs.com) and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund in line with our terms and conditions and your consumer rights.
Cancelling Your Order
Under The Consumer Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your online or mail order purchase as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service.
