We mainly work with the courier DPD for wholesale orders. We will occasionally use other couriers.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please return it to us within 5 days of receipt.
Please EMAIL hello@kindredmugs.com to book in a return.
- Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached
- With the exception of faulty goods Kindred Mugs is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
- Please allow up to 8-10 working days for us to receive your return and complete your refund.
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt.
Faulty Or Damaged Items
In the event of an item arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receipt by email (hello@kindredmugs.com) and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund in line with our terms and conditions and your consumer rights.
