Each pair of Rue Beakers are individually hand-dipped in a smooth slip glaze, a traditional ceramic technique where the vessel is lowered by hand into liquid glaze, creating natural, flowing lines that make every piece unique.
This set of two features a complementary pairing — a thoughtful nod to the balance of opposites, inspired by the Ying and Yang concept: light and dark, designed to sit beautifully together.

Our Makers
Our supplier is a generational business, founded over 30 years ago by a young couple who originally worked at the Fine Arts Museum in Vietnam.
In 1995 they decided to take a chance and establish their own business. It was their love of their profession and their passion to pursue their dream of celebrating the long-standing tradition of making pottery that helped them develop their business. Latterly joined by their son, the business continues to flourish. It is a pleasure to work alongside them and watch our designs come to life, valuing their guidance and knowledge of ancient Vietnamese cultural elements and combining them with a modern twist. We mainly work with Royal Mail (Parcel Force) and the courier DPD. We will occasionally use other couriers.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please return to us within 28 days of receipt.

- Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached
- With the exception of faulty goods Kindred Mugs is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
- Please allow up to 8-10 working days for us to receive your return and complete your refund.
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt.

What are Kindred Mugs?
Kindred Mugs are a collection of handmade, hand-painted, and hand-dipped ceramic mugs designed to celebrate real-life connection — whether that’s a slow morning alone, coffee with a friend, or catching up with someone you love. Each mug is made to bring people together.
How will my order be packed?
Your set of two Kindred Mugs will be carefully packed in a sturdy, beautifully designed, plastic-free cardboard box — ready for gifting or safe delivery. We don’t use filler or excess packaging. Please reuse or recycle the box with care.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered via Royal Mail or courier. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive email and SMS updates with tracking details — as long as you provide your contact information at checkout.
